This ST-RX715-R is a cheaper version of the ST-RX827, meant to be used with 1x12 wireless Di2.
It comes in a right hand side version only, there is no left version. No left version with functional Di2 buttons, that is. There are brake only left hand versions of this shifter.
While it has GRX branding, it is actually more similar to the 12-speed 105 shift lever: ST-R7170. It has *no satellite shifter ports, no hood button, and two shift buttons.
